Purchase Options
- Full payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Some services may offer staged delivery (e.g., draft → revision → final build).
- Add-ons, upgrades, or additional features requested after purchase may incur extra charges.
Order Processing
- Work typically begins within 24–72 hours after purchase and confirmation of project details.
- Delivery times vary depending on the complexity of the service purchased.
Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled before work has started for a full refund.
- Once work has begun, cancellations are not eligible for a full refund.
- Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion based on the amount of work completed.
Refund Policy
- Due to the digital and custom nature of our services, all sales are generally final.
- Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after work has started
- Lack of communication from the client
- Failure to provide required project details
Revisions
- Most services include a limited number of revisions (defined per product).
- Additional revisions beyond the included amount may require extra payment.
