Purchase Options

  • Full payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Some services may offer staged delivery (e.g., draft → revision → final build).
  • Add-ons, upgrades, or additional features requested after purchase may incur extra charges.

Order Processing

  • Work typically begins within 24–72 hours after purchase and confirmation of project details.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the complexity of the service purchased.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before work has started for a full refund.
  • Once work has begun, cancellations are not eligible for a full refund.
  • Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion based on the amount of work completed.

Refund Policy

  • Due to the digital and custom nature of our services, all sales are generally final.
  • Refunds will not be issued for:
    • Change of mind after work has started
    • Lack of communication from the client
    • Failure to provide required project details

Revisions

  • Most services include a limited number of revisions (defined per product).
  • Additional revisions beyond the included amount may require extra payment.

Client Responsibility

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information needed to complete your service.
  • Delays caused by missing information may impact delivery timelines.
