Eminence Network Official LLC ("we", "our", or "us") strives to provide excellent service to all clients. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms for canceling services and requesting refunds.
Service Cancellations

- For subscription-based services, cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
- Failure to cancel within the required timeframe will result in full charges for the upcoming billing cycle.
Refunds
- Refunds are only available if requested within 10 days of the initial purchase or renewal.
- No refunds will be issued for completed services, digital products, or subscription periods that have already begun.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds if we determine misuse of our services or a violation of our Terms of Service.
Exceptions
In rare circumstances, refunds may be granted outside of the above terms at our sole discretion.
